PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES POLICY OF THE WEBSITE MAINTAINED ON THE DOMAINS AND SUB-DOMAINS OF MOBILUS.PL AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY MOBILUS MOTOR SP. Z O. O.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION.

  1. The Service Operator of www.dom.mobilus.pl is Mobilus Motor Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Poznań, ul. Miętowa 37, Registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) Maintained by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000188418, holding NIP 972-10-78-008, share capital 496,000.00PLN, fully paid.
  2. This Policy is an information document and does not replace the security policy pursued by the. Administrator in accordance with the personal data protection.

2. DEFINITIONS.

  1. www.dom.mobilus.pl - an internet service for managing devices connected to the COSMO | GTW.
  2. Administrator – Mobilus Motor Sp. z o. o. z with registered office in Poznań, ul. Miętowa 37, Registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) Maintained by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000188418, holding NIP 972-10-78-008, share capital 496,000.00PLN, fully paid.
  3. The website collects information about users in the following way:
    • Through information entered voluntarily in forms,
    • Through saving of the so-called cookie files (“Cookies”) in terminal equipment,
    • Through collection of passwords of devices by the Administrator.
  4. The data given in the form is a data set within the meaning of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz. U. 2014, poz. 1182), subject to mandatory reporting of data by the administrator to the Inspector General for Personal Data. The data given in the forms are processed for the purpose of the function of the specific form, e.g. to activate the account.
  5. The data given in the forms may be provided to entities that perform certain services technically – in particular, infor- mation necessary for the correct operation of the service to Internet domain operators with whom the Service Operator cooperates.
  6. Cookies – computer data, especially text files, that are stored on devices and are intended for use on the Administra- tor’s website.
  7. Device - an electronic device through which the User obtains access to the Administrator’s website.
  8. Product - product from Mobilus Motor.
  9. User - means the entity for which, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of law and regulations of law, services may be provided electronically or with which the Service Agreement may be concluded electronically.
  10. System logs – logging on the server in the so-called system logs of the product installed on the User. Data stored in this way include: device types, software version, IP address.

3. THE PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION BY THE ADMINISTRATOR

  1. The administrator collects data for:
    • the correct operation of the offered products, including technical support for services,
    • the processing of orders and payments, the completion of the deliveries and the handling of,
    • the performance of the contract and the provision of services to the persons concerned,
    • to telephone contact to answer questions,
    • to customize our services and products to meet of user requirements,
    • direct marketing of products and services of Mobilus company, including sending a newsletter,
    • the presenting a commercial offer of Mobilus.
  2. The administrator may process the following personal data of the Users:
    • address of residence, city and zip code,
    • phone number, email address,
    • types, serial numbers and IP of products,
    • location data (country, city), usage statistics,
    • others, when it was granted.
  3. It may be necessary to provide this personal information to perform a contract for the provision of Electronic Services in the Service. Each time the scope of data required to enter into a contract is indicated on the Website and in the Terms of Service.

4. USE OF COOKIES.

  1. The administrator uses Cookies through the website dom.mobilus.pl.
  2. Information collected from Cookies is used for proper optimization of the website as well as statistical and advertising purposes.
  3. Cookie files register user activity on the website by recognizing the device, therefore the website is displayed in a man- ner optimized for the individual preferences of the User.

  5. The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:
    • Session Cookies: these are files which are stored on the user’s device and remain there until the given browser session is finished. The registered information is then permanently removed from the memory of the device. The Sessions Cook- ies mechanism does not allow any personal or confidential information to be downloaded from the User’s device.
    • Permanent Cookies: are stored on the User’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Finishing a given browser session or turning of the device does not cancel them from memory. The Permanent Cookies mechanism does not allow any personal or confidential information to be downloaded from the User’s device.

5. METHODS DETERMINING THE STORAGE AND ACCESS CONDITIONS TO COOKIES.

  1. The user can limit or turn off access to Cookies from their device. If such an option is used, use of the Service will be possible, apart from the functions which are normally needed by Cookie files.

    • usage statistics,
    • others, when it was granted.

7. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS, AND MODIFY PERSONAL DATA.

  1. User has the right to access and to correct their data.
  2. If the User gives his consent for data processing, the consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  3. In order to exercise the rights stated above one may contact the Administrator by sending an appropriate message in writing or by e-mail on dom@mobilus.pl. Upon receiving the message the Administrator will answer it immediately.
  4. We store the gathered data first and foremost for the purpose of delivering the highest possible level of quality of service in website and services administration. They also allow us to create statistics of usage based on user behaviour. The collected data may be disclosed to third parties in a manner which does not enable the identification of the users, as well as to authorized bodies of public authorities.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS.

  1. The Administrator takes technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of the processed personal data that is adequate against existing hazards and categories of data held under the protection, particularly preventing the data from being shared to unauthorized persons, taken by unprivileged individuals, processing with an infringement of existing laws as well as modification, loss, damage, or destruction.

  3. The Administrator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
