The MOBILUS ERS family of tubular motors with electronic limit switches and a built-in radio module is a product line designed for controlling roller blinds, rolling gates and awnings using a remote control.

Radio control

From the outside, the latest MOBILUS ERS tubular motor with SENSO 4.0 can be quickly recognized by the characteristic light gray drivers (black in the previous version). What primarily distinguishes it from the previous version are the changes that have taken place in the interior of our drive.

In version 4.0 of Mobilus ERS tubular motor, we have separated the obstacle detection module from the position detection module. Thanks to this solution, these systems work independently. In addition, the location information is checked during the tubular motor's operation 5600 times per minute - thanks to that we obtained very precise data on the position of the blind. Another benefit of the above procedure is the reduction of programming time - we have eliminated the weighing process.

We have introduced radical changes

in the design of electronic circuits.

  • we extended the circuit board and increased safety in the area of overvoltages;

  • we have improved the proprietary current overload detection path - we have completely eliminated the possibility of interference in the network and their interpretation as an obstacle;

  • the possibility of using long control cables, e.g. for the KNX system;

  • we used modern, faster control processors;

  • we've optimized the software.

 

Mobilus ERS tubular motors are subjected to rigorous testing consisting of two stages.

  • testing the drive unit - engine and transmission in the pipe;

  • testing SENSO functionality - cooperation with radio, setting limit switches, obstacle detection;

 

The unique record of information for each tubular motor allows you to reach and examine the history of each tubular motor tested.

Thanks to this device, if necessary, the radio signal can be amplified by indirect tubular motors. The control range is extended and goes even to the farthest cylinder tubular motor.
